Amazing Staff and Service & always helpful

I work for a company where we roughly have 12 or more different cell phone contracts for our directors with MTN. A few years ago i started my position at the company and when i had to try and sort out any MTN issues, it was an absolute nightmare phoning the call centres. I got so frustrated that I called MTN head office and got a number for Amanda Beasley (Business Account Manager) in Cape Town, since that day i have not looked back. Amanda has been my cell phone Angel and has helped me so much and always with patience and a smile. Through Amanda i got to work closely with Ivan, Nuraan, Nazeema, Schuwayda and Lenore. I would like to take this opportunity to tell MTN that they have an absolute amazing team at Century City Corporate, a team that can not be replaced and a team that has given us as a company the best service one can ask for. I have called so many times in one day that i thought Schuwayda might through the phone at me if i was there or Ivan might block my number if i had one more question, but instead, they always assisted with a smile, calm voice and sorted each problem out with no hesitation. Keep it up and THANK YOU! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!
