There are 2 things I would like to respond to.
Firstly, regarding Elmarie Lochner of Carlswold statement that no supervision was on site. Simon Seleka has been an employee of Nu Life Flooring for over 20 years. He is not only an employee but also a Director of the company. Just because I personally was not on site, does not mean no supervision was done.
Secondly, the reason as to why we pulled of site was due to the fact that we received feedback from other contractors that Mrs Lochner, did not have the money to pay for the work. After 2 weeks on site and the possibility of not being paid, we had no choice but to pull off site and not return.
This being the first complaint on Hello Peter after over 20 years of the company being active, is statement enough of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
