We bought a standard mixer on 14 March 2012. On 23 June 2012 the flexipipe burst and flooded all our kitchen cupboards. We thought we were kind enought only to ask them to replace the damage wood under sink. After running around the problem and making promises, they finally said in October that we should have claimed for all the cupboards. That was there excuse for not fixing the problem. They weren't even replaicing the flexipipe that burst.
