Stay away from these people

Sandra and Francois from Cupboard Talk installed BIC's in my dressing room. From start to finish there were problems. All of which were never their fault. Shelves skew (walls are not straight), Drawers not parallel to each other or floor (wall skew), Doors badly scuffed (I damaged them after they left), 2xTiles cracked outside where they were assembling the drawers (Surrounded by screws, nails and sawdust so it was them-I have no proof it was them, apparently I damaged them after they left), Hinges had to move several times causing unwanted holes in panels (walls are skew), and so it went on. Their contract says last payment after completion of work - they had not completed the drawers as agreed with Francois. I was continually harassed for payment and finally threatened with ITC and credit borough. She then called my place of work to get them involved. All claims can be substantiated with e-mails and photos.
