Bad and poor service Delivery

The mentioned supplier did a installation of a roll up door. Problems with the chain wheel occurred and since we paid them, they are avoiding any calls, mails to come and rectify the problem. After numerous attempts to get hold of them, but to no avail. promises were made by them to come back and sort out the problem, but until now, no one has even the decency to call back or come out to sort out the problem. Please avoid this company although they seem cheap. Service very poor.
