No after sales service from Sun Africa Solar Logic

Sun Africa installed two 200l solar heating systems in October 2009 with 15 years warranty. The one has stopped working all together. I phoned the Director, Jacques Du Preez, he said he would come out at 2.30 on a Friday afternoon, that was 6 weeks ago and I have not been able to get hold of him since, doesn't answer my calls, doesn't return calls despite leaving messages. Sent him an email, no reply. My husband then tried to phone him, got hold of him, said he was in a loft and would return his call, never did. Phoned him again said he would come out on Tuesday at lunchtime, now Saturday and still hasn't arrived or even called. Disgusting.
Avoid this company like the plague as clearly if this is how the Director behaves, there is no hope.
Will have to find another company, a reliable decent one.
