Solar was not properly installed

Initialy when the sollar was instaled and this was done in 2009/02/ now my roof is licking and my insurance has done the assement on the property and discover that this was not proffesional the work that was done by the Get Solar company I have call them several times and they requested me to email the photos which I did but they keep telling me that they don`t recieve my email
