East Rand Pools
Charged for services that were not completed

East Rand Pools started repairs in January of our pool and took far longer than they estimated.
There workers worked unsupervised for most of the repair and their finished product was of very poor quality..
They were called back and tried to patch up their work, but the finish is still not up to standard.
They installed a new pool light which leaked water when we filled the pool and they were supposed to install a "weir insert" which they supplied but never installed. They were called back and never returned.By March I contacted them to say that I want a refund for the "weir" (at least) which Justyn at first agreed to. Later on he wanted to try to install the unit but it was not the correct type. Now up to the 11th of July I have been waiting for them to re-imburse me for the uninstalled unit. they have made several appointments to come and collect the unit (which they never did) and have on more than one occasion they have assured me that the money has already been paid into my account which it never was.
They are clearly chancers and I strongly urge potential customers to be very vigilant with this supplier.
