Awaiting 7 months for agreement to be honoured

We ordered high gloss warp doors through City Doors in December 2012.It arrived not looking like the sample. A month later the doors bubbled and we battled until February to get them to replace the doors. The replacement set was even worse and only arrived another month later, after our constant badgering. Not once did they contact us and our calls were avoided. Eventually a rep arrived and offered to replace the doors again with a promise of compensation in the form of a desk. Again it took weeks of empty promises from their side and dodging our calls before the final doors arrived. We were more than patient throughout and tried to call them enquiring about desk. Still they refused our calls. Since day 1 we have awaited our guarantee in writing which we were told by Allistair was a 30 year guarantee on thses doors. To date we are still awaiting the desk as well as the written guarantee. Each time we call we are told Allistair is in the cutting rooms and no one ever returns our calls. I just called them before this and as usual no one could help. We have been more than patient with the faulty goods and awful service as well as being ignored for months
