Terrible customer service on a Saturday where you have 3 people working on the floor all sitting around a table with 7 phones providing no service to incoming customers. Even when purchasing items it took 25 minutes to complete the payment process and getting stock from the warehouse and a black rubbish bin bag was given to put our new couch cushions in.
