R19 000 couch damaged within a month

We purchased a R19000 couch from redapple early december and by january 2013 it was already deterioting. the guys from redapple sandton came to take pictures and they copuld not believe the state of the couch... i spoke to masood amongst others n i was told its my leather cleaner and i should ask builders warehouse for a refund and i was also told that the couch is not 100% leather its 50/50 which was no where on the invoice nor was it communicated to me. i have spoken to the sales people at the store e.g nelly and laly and the were rude n they showed red apple does not value their customer and that they dont comply with the consumer protection act... the CPA Law was put in place for things like this but it shows that some company are still not welling to comply... I EVEN ASKED FOR THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF RED APPLE SOUTH AFRICA AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE INFO.
