Staff so helpful and polite

After purchasing and trying to stain some wooden boards for my upcoming wedding. I discovered that the product I had bought was so not doing what i thought it was going to. I completely panicked. I went back to Chamberlains to tell them the product wasn't right. I met the main guy in charge - Sampie, after explaining my stress regarding the wooden boards and the disaster they had turned into, he assured me they would help.
He then took all 10 boards back and walked me through how we could try and get the correct stain I desired.
He got one of the guys working there Peter, to sand down and re stain all of my boards for free all in the name of keeping the bride happy.
What kind and wonderful staff. So polite, so giving.
