BAD SERVICE FAULTY EQUIPMENT

Old gas geyser was replaced, the old one was just old and didn't work reliably, the new one doesn't work at all. They say the problem is water pressure- but all other geysers in our home work.

They told me they wanted to come and make an appointment to show me to how turn the tap on! Really!!!???

If he had not only come to fix/replace the geyser but also been one bit of a decent person I may not be wanting to complain so bitterly about them!
