Another month passes by

The 17th May 2013 was exactly 2 years and 3 months (27 months in total) to the day Pandea Door / Steelworks willingly accepted my deposit for the double garage door. However, even though this company has failed to provide the required services, I have still not received my deposit refund! Whether I ever will - your guess is as good as mine!!!

Should you ever consider (hopefully not) doing business with this company, ensure:

a) Obtaining a proof of address from Pandea before you pay a cent to them since the Randfontein Sheriff could not locate them to deliver the court summons; and
b) Pandea expects 50% deposit, and 50% payment on arrival onsite to do the job. Do not pay the 2nd 50% until the job is complete. Do not accept their T&C's! They are the supplier - the customer is KING! Pandea is the supplier, but the customer needs to carry all risks!

Stay away from this vendor, unless you're willing to bid farewell to your hard earned cash!!!
