Still no deposit refund - 29 months later!

So the 17th July 2013 was exactly 29 months to the day that I unfortunately paid a deposit to Pandea Doors / Steelworks for a motorised double garage door. After failing to obtain the required door, Chanine promised me a full refund on the 14th February 2012 (a year after accepting my deposit). Guess what - after providign bank details thrice (which was just a delay tactic on the part of Pandea), I have yet to receive a cent! Chanine even changed her phone number so that I cannot contact her! Such unprofessionalism from someone who claims to be in business for many years!!!

Should you ever consider (HOPEFULLY NOT) doing business with this company, ensure:

a) Obtaining a proof of address from Pandea before you pay a cent to them since the Randfontein Sheriff could not locate them to deliver the court summons; and
b) Pandea expects 50% deposit, and 50% payment on arrival onsite to do the job. Do not pay the 2nd 50% until the job is complete. Do not accept their T&C's! They are the supplier - the customer is KING!

Stay away from this vendor, unless you're willing to part with your hard earned cash!!!
