Subcontracter rates doubled

I made use of monster plumbing and excepted a quote of R1200 for a leak detection. Afterwards I found out that they used a subcontractor whose rate was R600. I suppose this is standard practise. We are trained professionals, and advisors in the industry to certain audiences and duly qualified as Artisans, Assessors, Moderators, and Facilitators with various departments.
For goodness sake we train the subject to students who wish to qualify as a compliant and accredited business besides offering plumbing services.

Who do you think you are acting as a "whistle-blower" on what plumbing companies can or can't charge. We have been involved in the industry for almost 20 years and know what we talking about.
