Threats by supplie

Today I got a call at 7:55am from this supplier telling me that he would pay my refund in 10minutes on condition that I remove my previous comment about his company. he then went on to threaten me that if I don't remove the post or comment he would not refund me for my sink. and its 6:27pm still no refund. I'm so shocked that we have such companies that exist and that we employ them to work for us but REFUSE to see and accept when they are wrong. The owner of this business called me to TELL me that he was losing business due to my bad experience with his service. He should have thought of that when his guys neglected to completed work on time and not listening when I called him in frustration months ago. I hope this is a lesson to him and other service providers NOT to take on work they can't do. Customer service really goes a long way. Now I have had to go to the police station to lay a charge which will proceed to court all because he just refuses to own up to his poor service. We shall see where this ends up and I will keep updating this report as my dissatisfaction gets worse cos I'm now sure that there's more to my little story. Glad someone has taken the time to read
