Casper Van Wyk
Unfinished work - money taken

I contracted Mr. Casper van Wyk who advertised in our local newspaper as a Specialist in leaking roof repairs to repair a leak. Mr. Van Wyk quoted R2400 to re-do two valleys on the roof and to "patch" a few suspect spots. He took my money, did a very shabby attempt at patching only (no re-doing of valleys) and then disappeared never to be seen again. Needless to say after the first rains my indoor braai-room was flooded. All attempts to get Mr. Van Wyk back on site have failed. It has been a month since he took my money and I have now instituted legal proceedings against him for the recovery of my money. Beware of him as he is a very smooth talker. He lives at 25 Gull street in Pringle Bay but does not divulge this to his "victims".
