Terrible Service and Arrogant Employees, on the 31 Dec i made a Mistake by Buying my mother a Ceramic Bathroom set at Cash Build Central next to Exel Garage, ..it Took Three weeks to Deliver after having to call them now and again to Request Delivery, .. Finally after more Than Two weeks of Delivery of the Bath Set everything is there Excluding Toilet (Whole) which is Universal Cirsten R214.95 Toilet Seat Econd R189.95 Imbali P Pan R204.95 i got so frustrated cause what was a present for my mother now become a nightmare and she Kept crying cause the Plumbers were there to Install her Stuff, i called Thabo who helped me at the Store, . he kept saying he will talk to the Delivery guy and get back to me which he never, ..i had to constantly call untill i get him on the phone handed over the Phone to Joseph, who argued that the Bathroom Suite didnt include a Toilet, .. he also hang an promised to call me back... i have Plumbers at home waiting for the toilet sets to complete Plumbing... Klerksdorp Central service is So poor im lost for Words, ..totally disgusting and lack of professionalism, .. they busy talking to me over the phone but still scream in my Eyes especially thabo
