Being the biggest is not the best!!

This store probably has THE worst service when you call them for anything.
They do not have any phone ethics or accountability!

I phoned 6 times within a 10 minute period, due to people simply hanging up or the switchboard not understanding the system it appears.
I simply wanted a quotation on Carpets, which I still do not have, because 2 hours after they opened, no one has reported to that Department yet!
And no one else is willing to take any responsibility to assist me!!

I am taking my money elsewhere even if I have to pay double the price.
Cheap prices = cheap service!!
