I ordered some planks (about 16) and asked these to be delivered to an address 7km away - their delivery charge is R375 if within a 10km radius.
Yes, I should've checked the delivery charge even before I went into the store; my bad.

When dealing with Builders Warehouse I urge customers to keep a record of the name & surname of the staff they contact telephonically.
