Update on Complaint

To set the record straight, after I reported Floortech on Hellopeter (11Dec) I received a call a week later and they eventually got to our house to fix the 5 minute problem. I wouldn't say their after sales service is spectacular but they are quick to install and inexpensive compared to other suppliers.
