Over charging

New Geyser was insatlled and when we approached the insuarance company we were informed that we were over charged by JHB North plumbing. Matter was then taken further and Johannesburg North plumbing reduced their fee. However body corporate paid them the full amount and now we are struggling to get the overpayment of R3000 00 refunded. Managing agent Studio V have sent numerous emails and also spoke to the company on numerous occcasions with no response.
