Incorrect Order - Slow to Repsond

I placed an order with Future Light on 29 April 2013 for 3 LED Downlights (1 x 4W LED Cool White @ R85/unit, 2 x 5W Cool White @ R75/unit). I received my confirmation email, as well as tracking info of the delivery (which I paid an additional R80 for) and the good received on 2 May 2013. I was actually quite impressed with the service, until I opened the package... Instead of my above order I received 3 x 5W Warm White LED bulbs. Upon taking my complaint up with their CPT contact - Karl, I'm still waiting for Karl to get in touch with Taswell, who is apparently responsible for the collating and dispatching of orders. I have followed up twice, but always get the response from Karl that he will let me know what happened when Taswell gets back to him. What is Taswell going to find? They he may have got the order wrong? Oh dear no!!! I'm looking for you to admit that you got my order wrong, accept accountability that you got it wrong, and correct it. Is that so difficult, or have the principles of good business changed so drastically that you just don't get it? Either that, or you are plain ing dumb! Karl, Taswell and Future Light - I await your response...
