This morning we phoned outsurance as our premiums went up by 25%. We were redirected to a gentleman named Karl. After explaining our situation to him, he managed to solve the query within 5minutes. Without fighting, he managed to make my fiance and myself happy and retaining us as clients. This country definately need more of this calibre of people at their companies. Thank you Karl for not making this day a "blue monday". To Karl's manager: he deserves an increase!!!
