Taken for a ride

On behalf of my mother in-law, 70 year old pensioner who decided to put up wendy house. We approached company on the west coast, IMVUSA TRADING CC, person responsible Sue Turner-West her email address is [Email Removed] We agreed on quotation, she then referred us to contractor for IMVUSA TRADING CC, person named Allison Seekoei. Allison Seekoei made a site visit and agreement was made. She said it would take two days to complete wendy house, start date would be 2nd December 2013. We made a deposit confirm agreement. She did not pitch on the 2nd as agreed but the 3rd late afternoon. Completed structure the late evening of the 3rd. Allison Seekoei said we must pay the balance to pay the plumber to complete the wendy house which we did. A week later the plumber arrived to work on the plumbing, up till today has not yet complete. He made such a shamble, there were two pipe burst flooding the wendy house. The structure too was build with inferior material, gaps in the floor and walls, windows that cannot close and unsteady foundation. Countless calls were made to Allison and Sue but to no avail. its been over a month and wendy still not complete.
