Asus ignoring our complaint

This is the mail i sent through, and they just ignore me, twice I've asked for response and NOTHING

I was told you are the person to contact regarding a quite embarrassing matter, attached is an image of the stickers on my Boss's new Asus ViVo.
As you can see the stickers are quite poorly applied.
The laptop my Boss normally purchases for himself he also markets to his clients and we end up selling quite a few of whatever particular model/brand he has. The last laptop he had was a Lenovo Yoga, that sold like hot cakes, now it's practically no longer available so he switched over to your Brand. We are not actually a fan of your brand due to sloppiness and it has in the past just not a trusted brand in our personal experience. So when Frontosa assured us this is no longer the case we are let down once again.
This is very embarrassing to show our clients. If the stickers look like that, what does the rest of the machine look like? Will there be screws loose too? Or even missing somewhere? Chip? Memory? This is how clients think as I'm sure you know very well.
Our company has now spent? R8300 to market a laptop, just so when we receive it we are too embarrassed to do so.
