Shocking service

So it first started with Dell never answering. Now they were supposed to come on Monday to fix my Alienware m18X laptop which they did not. Then today at around 11 am a man called and says that i will get a call from them just after 12 to specify when they are coming. No one called and then at 3:15 pm I received a call from another person from Dell saying he is at my gate. I asked him nicely if he could please wait I will be home in 15 minutes, He agreed and so I arrived 15 minutes later he was not even at the gate and since then has not bothered to call. I could not even call him back because he called me on a blocked number.
