Really terrible service at park hotel Bethlehem

At about 4pm we arrived at Park Hotel Bethlehem. When my wife booked in I was told I cannot even visit her unless I pay for an additional person, which I did. When arriving at the room I found the aircon/fan not to be working, when complaining we were told that they are not allowed to move fans from room to room. No further actions was taken. There is also no power plugs in the room and you have to choose whether you want to watch TV or cook water in the kettle. Other problem was also that the DSTV remote wasnt working and the TV is so old there is no remote for it. What blew my top was when my wife went down to get something to eat the woman in charge seemed irritated and annoyed with her for asking something to eat, What we got must have come out of a can. It was terrible. When complaining I was told by the staff that the owner said that if we are unhappy they should return our money and we should leave.
