Still waiting feedback

I have lodged a complain about people claiming that they phone from Microsoft and swear at me. According to Microsoft these people aren't from them. I find this hard to believe. Microsoft did promise me that someone will call me to chq my computer and also sent me an email. For the email I am still waiting for. I received the call but know again I must use my MB so that they again can cheque if everything is in order on my machine.
