Contacted the call centre to register an old version of Quickbooks - the answering time was short (no more than 30 seconds) and the lady I spoke to (I think Roxanne - might be mistaken) was polite and extremely helpful. My issue was resolved in less than 1 minute. This was outstanding customer service.
