Unauthorized transactions

Early last year I purchased a 3 year contract anti virus which I paid about R1200 once off. Suddenly in December the 9th 2012 they deducted R690 from my account of which I never authourized from my credit card. I then called them to try and get a refund, they asked for my card details which I never gave them as i did not feel comfortable about. On saturday this weekend they tried to deduct as I got an sms from fnb to notify me of the unsuccessful transaction only to discover it was mcafee again. All this led to me having to cancel my card.
