Rip Off

McAfee has automatically renewed my subscription without my authority and have debited my credit card with R857.09. I tried today to get a refund (which cannot be done by email) and when I call the South African telephone number, 011-7075566, given on their Customer Service Web page I cannot get past the first option given by a voice recording. There is no other way for me to contact them with regards to the refund. It is highly irregular to have a company who cannot be contacted yet who feel free to "" from customers. I will NEVER use McAfee again!!!
