Taking money from my credit card

Last year my son joined Planet Fitness in Benoni, and I gave permission for them deduct the monthly fee off my Discovery Credit Card. In November 2013, my son decided to terminate his contract, to which he was told he need to pay in R690-00. He paid the R690-00 in cash on 26/11/13 and the lady still made a note on the receipt "Contract Termination". Now all of a sudden on the 1st of February 2014, Planet Fitness decides to let the debit order go off my Discovery Credit Card again. My son phoned and asked what's happening, and the lady still told him she can't see any reason for them taking the money, as the contract was terminated last year. I have send an email on Monday 03/02/14 to the club manager at the email address I found on the website, as well as a direct email on the website itself and to customer service as no queries can be done over the phone. To date, I have still not had any feedback from anyone regarding the re-fund they obviously have to do.
