CLIENT SIX MONTHS WITHOUT A WORKING NOTEBOOK

We are an ICT company and supplied a notebook to a client. The notebook had problems on it and it was send to the distributor with a full fault report in August. They reloaded the operating system after we told them it was not the issue. A month later we send it back again due to the fact that it was still not working properly. It came back with a quote to reload the Operating system again after we attached a fault report stating that the hard drive and motherboard has to be replaced. We spend hours on the phone with technicians begging them to use it and test in properly. Acer refused and sends it back - NO FAULT FOUND! After testing it again the computer dies. We send it in again. Motherboard and CPU was replaced. We decided to do a clean install. Clean install fails on windows load.
My client has been without a notebook because ACER AFRICA Repair centre is more useless than Telkom & SA Government. Cursing them doesn't help, Begging them doesn't help. They simply can't repair your notebook with basic A certification. DON'T BUY ACER - No after sales Service period!!!
