ACER HAS A REALLY BAD SERVICE REPAIR CENTER

I delivered a Notebook for a screen replacement on 18th December 2012, I have paid for the quoted repair but up to today the only report back is the notebook has been allocated to a technician and that their is no spare available yet. I have spoken to Robert and Jacques over several days and they seem unable to get an answer from the Repair centre of the ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL of the new screen. Does ACER even know if a spare is available to order from overseas. What is a CALL CENTRE if you can't even get answers or is it there to block you from speaking to the Service manager. ACER Please wake up and get it together.
Maybe I will have a manager call me now that I have exposed this bad service a bit.
