On the 21 of Jan 2013 I bought a GTX680 from TVR computers. I installed it the next day. On Friday the card stop working. I emailed the tech staff and the sale person responsible for my order. I brought the card in on the 29th as this was when their technician was available. He told me the card has been hit buy an electric surge even though I have a UPS and surge protector plugged in. All the components in my pc are still working, nothing has been effected by this "surge". Initially I was told the card would be repaired but had to be sent over seas and this would take up too 1 week. After a week I called and was told the card would only be send when they had enough units to full a box. I spoke to the CEO, Leroy Baarman and was told nothing will be done until they have enough to ship. It has now been over 3 weeks and they might only send the card in March.

The only reason I got this card was because I was told by their technician that my old card was no longer working when I sent the PC into them initially. I later found that the fix was as simple as updating the BIOS & then the old card worked. I feel this is unacceptable that it is taking this long & there is no end in sight.
