I am writing this email to lodge a complaint about your branch in Clearwater Mall. I was very disappointed with the service I received at this particular branch over the few consecutive days that I visited. The female staff are, for lack of a better word, very rude. They are very classist.
For the three consecutive times that I visited the branch, I was not impressed by their attitude or lack of professionalism. More than anything, I am a new client to the business, but I feel unsatisfied with the service I have received so far. Today, I left the branch with tears rolling down my cheeks because I felt ill-treated by the three female consultants. I was sent from pillar to post.
I would like this matter to be resolved as soon as possible. It is just unfortunate that I could only recall one of the female consultants' names, who goes by the name of Lindiwe, but I cannot remember her surname. She had the nerve to make a joke twice about my frustrations among her two colleagues, even after I recommended to her that this is not a joke.
The staff need people who come to work with the intention to work and deliver good customer service. They also need to provide their employees with more training because one person would say one thing, and the other would say something different, which can be very frustrating for me as a customer.
