In July of 2013, I booked in my Asus in Sandton. It is seven months later and I have not
yet received my device. Initially when I booked the device, I heard nothing from Asus until a month later when I made a follow up, only them was I sent a quotation. Month after month I have sent communication following up on my device to no avail. The lady in the front line office who was assisting me, Carol, has a dreadful attitude.
Trying to get assistance has been a mission. Seven months later, was still trying to figure out other channels to raise my concerns within the organisation - very bad.
