ACCOUNTING CO CANT GET THEIR OWN BILLING RIGHT

We are accountants on the Pastel accountants forum. We received a statement in Jan 14 from pastel for annual fees that they showed owing. They were so aggressive that before I could send them proof of payment, they suspended our membership. It turned out that we paid them in full as soon as we received their statement in Sep 13 and they never recorded the payment. Because their own accounts records are so bad, we ended up overpaying them as they did not allocate our rebate to our account. Now after rudely pursuing their debt, and since they owe us a refund, they simply don't respond to communication anymore.
