Will not swap out damaged goods

Recently we purchased several main boards from Sahara. When we came to install them we found two were damaged and unusable. They were in this state when removed from the box. They were immediately returned to Sahara under warranty. We were informed by them that they would not be swapping them out as the damage was physical. After explaining to the manager that they were received that way he agreed to have them replaced. He now denies saying that and refuses to swap them out.

Be very careful buying stock from Sahara. if it is faulty you may not get it replaced.
