Service too poo

I'm complaining about the poor service levels at the acer call centre dept and managers at the place are not very helpful, I'm very upset about the poor level of service I received from both manager and cell centre agent who gave me too different stories for the same problem. As I always use acer, never again will I recomand acer to anyone.
