Can't buy laptop because

I'm intending on purchasing a HP Pavilion 17-e171nr, however HP is incapable of ordering the laptop for me due to the fact they ordered a few touchscreens. The online store has a total of 2 laptops who's specs don't come close.

However they would gladly sell me the lesser envy 17" for R15 000 where as the HP Pavilion 17-e171nr should be at most R10 000.

No assistance, no suggestions, just irrelevant facts.
