Unauthorised billing

Victorious Technologies made unauthorised debits to my cellphone account over the last 5 months. I never subscribed to any of their services, nor received any of the alleged content. I contacted my service provider and have blocked all content charges, as well as contacting VT for a refund. Will update if and when I receive it.
