I can honestly say that the overall service I received was excellent. The best I have experienced in a LONG time (and not only in the IT-sector)! Thanks especially to Jaco at sales for the (many) prompt replies to all my queries and helpful feedback he provided. I ordered on Tuesday and picked up on Friday. I initially chose (and paid for) next-day delivery, but my impatience got the better of me. When I went to pick up, I got my delivery refund without even asking for/about it. Believe me, there is a reason these guys have so many good reviews...
