Highly Recommended - Excellent Customer Service

I was planning on building a high end PC for quite a while, however the parts I wanted in my build where difficult to source from most walk in stores and not carried by many online stores. I finally found Wootware and mainly due to the positive reviews on Hello Peter I decided to place my order through them.

The support team responds quick and is very helpful. I emailed a list of components and was informed of their availability and best pricing options. My motherboard was not available at the time and I requested to be informed when it was. I was contacted when it was available as promised. The support team even made recommendations about the build along the way.

I received all my parts packaged very securely within the promised delivery schedule. The side panel on my case was damaged and from inspection it was no fault of wootware and was damaged during manufacturing packaging.

A quick email and a couple of photos of the damage and I was informed of the 30 day returns policy. Wootware arranged the collection of the defective part and delivered me a new part at no extra cost.
