Charged me for a service I never subscribed to

As all the other complainants on hellopeter, this company subscribed me to a service without my consent, and then proceeded to charge me for it.

On phoning them, they unsubscribed me and promised to refund me (will see if that happens). Clearly this is their business model, as all the other complaints on this site have exactly the same experience.
