Worst after sales ever!!

Bought an Asus PC with Windows 8. Phoned them a week later to get my Windows Serial Key. They told me that the key was embedded in the system and when I asked how I can retrieve it got a very rude response that it is not possible and that I do not need the key. When I tried to explain why I need the key I received and even worse and rude response.

I will never ever support them again.
