Bad service and warranty

On the 29/11/2013 I returned a Seagate 500 GB HDD to Esquire Cape Town because Windows detects its health status has failed. The drive was purchased on the 24/07/2012 and is still supposed to be under warranty as Esquire states they honour a 2yr warranty. Your technician Ashley tells me it's out of warranty with Seagate and there's nothing he can do. I've even went in on occasion to see the manager and even she does not follow up. They never call you back when they say they will which leads me to believe they not only incompetent but also lack professionalism. Your bad service reflects on our business as we strive to keep our customers happy. What confidence should we have in making future purchases from Esquire? It's been nearly 3 weeks now and it's ridiculous that this matter is not yet resolved.

BOTTOM LINE - I purchased the drive from Esquire (I don't care who you're supplier is) and Esquire is legally bound to honour my 2yr warranty as stated.
