Hellopeter.com is a longstanding customer service portal that has gained credibility and the respect of both consumers and business alike. However not having an APP for the mobile platform (iOs or android) is like having no website at all to enable those that can only access the service via smartphone or tablet. The mobile community is larger then the web user community, which makes this a lost opportunity for HelloPeter and as a result disenfranchising those on a mobile platform. In addition: The current Hellopeter Websites user interface (GUI) has not been updated or refreshed for years. It has become a little dated compared to other IT concerns with similar offerings. Hello Pieter needs to innovate more rapidly and move with the IT trends out there maximizing on the opportunity to become ubiquitous on every platform.
